Executive Pod

This core group of pods forms the central node of the VEME DAO.

Main Pods

Vision Pod

Generates the core vision of the company from which all Business Development is derived.

Strategy Pod

Grounds the Vision into a central Strategy from which all Goals, CTAs, and Projects are derived.

CTA Pod

Provides ultimate approval of all CTAs linked to the Strategy. Creates a document that informs the rest of the Pods on their activities.

Business Development Pod

Actively establishes and maintains strategic relationships for the VEME ecosystem. Develops proposals for proposed business opportunities, accepts and sends out grants, and executes partnership agreements.

Marketing Pod

Develops and executes marketing strategy, translating our vision and CTAs into articles, social media communication, events, and PR for everything VEME-related.

Operations Pod

Manages the function of the organization and the flow of creativity through infrastructure development, administration, team support, and policy enforcement.

Finance Pod

Manages the VEME Treasury. Handles accounting, payouts, and commissions. Distributes resources to Pod Leaders.

Creative Pod

Translates the Vision and Strategy into Creative Direction across all relevant Creative verticals, with a focus on design, audio, visual, and metamedia production. Responsible for producing, updating, and enforcing the core VEME Brand Guideline.

Product Pod

Executes the Vision and Strategy of VEME across all relevant Product verticals. Creates Product Roadmap and translates that to the rest of the Pods.

Development Pod

Executes the Vision and Strategy of VEME across all relevant Product verticals. Creates Development Roadmap and translates that to the rest of the pods.
