1\. DAO Smart contract development and architecture based on the above-outlined structure. 

2\. Front-end interface development.

**July** 

3\. Testnet with 1NFT = 1 Vote, improve/determine different governance structures for the voting model. 

4\. Run a paid, one-month beta, involved testers (community) will be sent testnet VEME NFTs. Real proposals will be created by the VEME Team and pods involved. Participants will be rewarded.

**August** 

5\. Kickstart and fund the DAO management team. The initial testing community likely attracts the right people for the job if we put PR on it.

**September** 

6\. Draft and outline the next interaction based on findings, new voting, and participation models, V2, of the VEME DAO with respect to the upcoming DAO Launchpad.

**2023** 

7\. Launch the VEME DAO V2.
